Welcome to LOI SHIPS (Loi Global Logistics). By using our shipping services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Shipping Services
LOI SHIPS provides air and sea freight shipping services from international suppliers to Jamaica. We assist customers with receiving, processing, transporting, and delivering packages according to our available service options.
2. Customer Information & Package Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, shipping addresses, invoices, and package details. Any incorrect information provided may result in delays, additional charges, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
3. Package Receiving
Customers must ensure that their packages are properly addressed using the required LOI SHIPS shipping details. LOI SHIPS is not responsible for packages sent without the correct customer identification information.
4. Payments & Charges
● All shipping charges must be paid before packages are released.
● Additional charges may apply, including but not limited to customs fees, storage fees, oversized package fees, handling fees, or special delivery charges.
● Prices are subject to change based on airline, shipping line, customs, and operational costs.
● Unpaid balances may result in packages being held until payment is received.
5. Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for providing accurate invoices and information required for customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes, or government fees are the responsibility of the customer.
LOI SHIPS is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, government regulations, or clearance processes.
6. Prohibited Items
Customers must not ship illegal, restricted, hazardous, or prohibited items. LOI SHIPS reserves the right to refuse, remove, or report any shipment that violates shipping regulations.
7. Delays
While LOI SHIPS works to provide reliable service, delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, airline delays, customs delays, strikes, or transportation issues.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
Customers must report damaged or missing packages within 48 hours of receiving their shipment. Customers may be required to provide photos, videos, packaging details, and other supporting information.
LOI SHIPS will investigate reported issues and provide assistance where possible.
9. Storage Policy
Packages must be collected or delivered within the timeframe provided by LOI SHIPS. Packages left beyond the allowed period may attract storage fees.
10. Delivery & Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. LOI SHIPS is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or failure to respond to delivery attempts.
11. Returns
LOI SHIPS does not accept responsibility for returns, refunds, or exchanges between customers and retailers. Customers must communicate directly with the seller regarding product returns.
12. Liability
LOI SHIPS will exercise reasonable care in handling and transporting packages; however, our responsibility is limited to the services we provide directly.
LOI SHIPS is not liable for loss, damage, delay, or additional costs resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs actions, government regulations, carrier delays, incorrect customer information, improper packaging by sellers or customers, prohibited items, inaccurate declarations, or failure by customers to comply with shipping requirements.
Customers acknowledge that LOI SHIPS is not responsible for the condition, quality, legality, authenticity, or performance of goods purchased from third parties. Any claims relating to products, sellers, warranties, or purchases must be addressed directly with the supplier or retailer.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LOI SHIPS shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
13. Agreement
By submitting a package through LOI SHIPS or using our services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
LOI SHIPS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as necessary.
